Check out this total body resistance band workout. It’s 22 minutes, includes a warm-up and works everything. Follow this workout with the Stretching Sequence workout for a complete program!!!

These moves should work for everyone but if there is anything that feels like it’s tweaking, please skip that exercise, and as always, Before beginning any exercise program or changing your physical activity patterns, you should always consult with your doctor or physician, particularly if you have been inactive, are very overweight, or have or suspect any sort of medical condition that might be worsened by exercise.
