We are so overstimulated in in our culture. At a time on the planet when stress is at it’s all time high, it’s super important to claim a few moments for yourself every single day.  Closing your eyes and connecting to your breath is the simplest and most effective way to relax your nervous system and center your mind.  Believe it or not, you will be even more productive if you regularly take this time for yourself.

I’ve created a simple 15 minute guided relaxation for you to enjoy.  For many people, the mind is so over active that it can be challenging to meditate, so this form of relaxation engages the mind and gives in a job so that your system can truly relax and replenish.
