“After only a couple of group exercise classes with Lizzy I knew she was an exceptional instructor. I have participated in group exercise classes steadily for over thirty years and started taking Lizzy’s classes at the Asheville Racquet Club over a year ago. I was amazed when Lizzy handed me a complete program of exercises for sciatica and then taught me how to do these on my own. I have participated extensively in exercise programs (such as Pilates, yoga) and gone through physical therapy for sciatica.
